Every spring some 10,000 people show their solidarity in the fight against AIDS with Minnesota AIDS Walk. The walk, from Minnehaha Park, allows participants to make friends, bask in the glorious weather, be active and raise money for those in need. On average Minnesota AIDS Walk raises over US$700,000 to help fund prevention education, advocacy and direct services for Minnesotans affected by HIV. Music by Concentual.

The seventh annual Rock The Cure event will be held on Saturday, May 2nd at O'Gara's Garage in St. Paul. Doors open at 7pm, tickets are $10 in advance, $12 at the door. 100% of the night's cover charge will be distributed to Twin Cities breast cancer charities.

Fri May 1st - acoustic all-request night with Michael Loonan. Sat May 2nd - Lucky Town Bruce Springsteen Tribute, Concentual and the Tim Sigler Band...3 bands, 2 nights, 1 important cause. I had the awesome opportunity of playing drums on the recently completed Cost Cutters Hair Salon radio jingle. The 60 second commercial features national recording artist Pamela McNeill on vocals, and will been running on national radio stations throughout 2009. I look forward to hearing the final mix and will be posting the final commercial for everyone to hear as soon as the ad campaign starts airing. Stay Tuned!

An IMMENSE thank you goes out to all of you who came out to the Fine Line Music Café on Sunday night to help us celebrate this great cause. Together with the other 10 bands on the bill we managed to raise over $20,000 for the Minnesota Helps Fund: Bridge Disaster Fund and www.minnesotahelps.org Another big thank you goes out to the Fine Line and all their staff for putting on this benefit! This event and cause has generated a huge buzz in the community and was featured on several local news stations like www.fox9news.com and www.wcconews.com.

Hello Friends! Thanks to everyone that braved the storm and made our New Year's Eve show one of the best shows of the year. 2006 was an excellent year for Concentual and we have a ton of fun memories. From Summerfest to Rochesterfest to Mankato Block Party...from "Have a Nice Gig" to playing the Vikes Plaza Party to our New Year's Eve show. We were on both TV and Radio this year. We were just shy of 100 shows this year, which is quite an accomplishment for any band. We also put our albums and EP's in the hands of almost 10,000 people! We appreciate everyone that helped us make 2006 a great year! From the fans to the clubs, thank you for making this a great year for Concentual! We are definitely looking forward to an even better 2007!

Hello Friends! We will be making our debut at Summerfest in Milwaukee, Wisconsin next Friday, July 7th from 6:30-8:00pm! We couldn't be more excited to finally get to play this world-class festival! Where can you find us??? We'll be on the McNally-Smith stage, which is located between the Harley Davidson Roadhouse and the Briggs & Stratton Big Backyard stages. Concentual will appear on the local WB network for a new music competition show called "Strictly Original." Fifteen original bands or solo artists were selected from hundreds of entrants to compete in the show, which will debut on the WB affiliate August 8th, at 9pm. Concentual will appear in the last episode, which will air on September 5th. After each episode, winners are determined by online voting from viewers at www.rsvpizza.com. Grand prizes include recording time, marketing and promotion assistance, a potential independent record deal, and free pizza for a year from the primary sponsor, Pizza Hut.
